What are required documents to get Home loans?

  1.  Citizenship certificate
  2.  Passport size photographs
  3.   Land ownership certificate (Lal Purja) with Rajinama/Bakaspatra etc.
  4.   Land revenue and property tax paid receipt (recent)
  5.  Approval of construction, approved house map and construction completion certificate (as  appropriate)
  6. Blue Print, Trace Map and Four Boundary Disclosure (char killa) of land
  7. Bank account statement for at least 3 – 6 months’ time 
  8. Recent Salary Certificate
  9. Rental agreement (if any) with an identification of tenant
  10. Copy of blue book of vehicle (in case of vehicle income)
  11. Firm/Company Registration, PAN, Article & Memorandum of Association, P/L statement and Balance Sheet of firm/company (in case of business income)
  12. Valid passport/visa, work permit, employment/salary certification from the employer, recent pay slip/bank account statement etc in case of foreign employment
  13. Personal PAN card is required if loan amount is NPR 10 million and above
